    Hello guys,

    I need to activate a PBX solution for mid-sized CallCenter. We have some needs.

    The attendants do not have a fixed table. Currently each attendant has a login and through any phone is logged in and log off from his agent.

    Any alternative to affect this process in 3CX?

    Think you will have to wait for 15.5 sp2 , which has hotdesking if you want phones



    Currently the only to do is to use the softphone
