Is anyone successfully using CallCentric without STUN, per the recommendation of CallCentric? I have had a support incident open with them for 3 days and we cannot find the issue. Here are the symptoms since STUN was disabled and I have gone to their recommended "user agent" configuration.

I cannot dial out...I have an outbound rule configured with their default recommended settings.

If I dial their test number, 17771234567, it rings (with the 3cx SoftPhone) and rings and rings but never shows up with CallCentric as an outbound call.

If I dial other US numbers I will either get the same result as above or I'll get a 'Destination Not Found' error message.

I receive inbound calls just fine but the problem is I can hear the caller but they cannot hear me. Internal calls between extensions work just fine.

Any ideas?

gotcha...here is what the call log looks like when dialing the CallCentric test number from 3cx SoftPhone and the PBX version is the current version as of the date of this post...

My PBX address is 192.168.38.8

Describes problem.
Most probably there is no outbound rule which corresponds number 17771234567
Other case - Call centric line is not registered. You can check see its status on corresponding page of management console.

Is the Callcentric trunk showing as registered before the call attempt?

Seems to indicate that 3Cx has no idea where to send the call so it is failing within 3CX rather than being rejected after going out on the trunk. Is your outbound dial rule valid? Have you been able to make any outbound calls at all?

cannot make outbound calls at all. The CallCentric web portal shows the outbound calls and I don't have any there since 3/23. The PBX is registered both by seeing the status in 3cx and CallCentric sees the PBX registered as well. Do I have to create an outbound rule for every possible number/phone number prefix? That would sound weird. I have a single outbound rule that says if the number starts with 9 in the prefix, drop 1 number (the 9) and route the call to CallCentric...exactly as documented on their web site.

you seem to be dialing 17771234567. Prefix 9, from what I understand seems to be missing?

sorry...the log I sent them had the 9. What's funnier than my boo-boo is this when I noticed just now after a server restart that I didn't register...

"Callcentric is currently experiencing a service outage.

We are aware of this outage and working as quickly as possible to restore service.

We apologize for the inconvenience and additional information will be provided as soon as service has been restored."

...maybe I took them down
