CallCentric: Unable to call in or out...

    I set the server up (3CX Phone System Version6.0.664.0) and all looks ok with all green symbols for line status on my 3CX VoIP clients and VoIP status: Registered. On my CallCentric dashboard, its telling me that my "Phone is not registered". The one weird thing is that when I first created the VoIP line and used the defaults I was able to get a Phone Registered on CallCentric, but was still unable to call in or out. Then when I followed the 3CX install instructions on CallCentric and re-registered the line within 3CX, it became un-registered on CallCentric.

    This is the error I get when I try to make a call out on one of the softphones:

    When I try calling in, it just keeping ringing and never connects.
