The CallControl API (v14) does not seem to expose a priority property on the TCX.Configuration.OutboundRoute object.

In the PostgreSQL database, the outboundroute table contains an integer-type field priority that, for each unique outboundrule record specifies the order in which each specific route is attempted.

Is there another means by which the order of attempted outbound routes can be specified using the API? Does the order of the array values in the TCX.Configuration.OutboundRule.OutboundRoutes property affect the calling behaviour in this regard?

    Thank you.

The obligatory follow-ups if priority values can not be modified via the API:
    • are modifications made to the outboundroutes table via SQL persisted?
    • can such mofidications, you know, break things?
    • if I add > 3 records referencing a single record in the outboundrules table, assigning these new records priority values in ascending sequence (3, 4, 5), will 3CX respect those values and attempt each of them in order?
