Called ID missing on forwarded calls frm PBX

    Whenever I forward calls from the 3cx the caller ID is replaced with my btn so the calls look like they are coming from my pbx, not the ANI of the calling party. How do I fix this? I forward calls to my cell phone but have no call details so I cannot return calls to my customers.
