I have a bunch of ported phone numbers that I wanted to route to the same location but did not want to build DID rules for all of them. Fortunately, my carrier supports translation of the incoming DID's. So, I set them to all send the same inbound number to the 3CX.
When looking at the call in Wireshark, the translated number is sent in the "Request Line URI : User Part" field. In the "To : User Part" it is showing the original called number. So, in the SIP Trunk settings I went into the inbound settings and changed the "Called Number" field to look at the "Request Line URI : User Part". Seems pretty straight forward, but it is simply not working. If I build a DID rule for the original dialed number the call comes in fine, otherwise it simply goes busy.
I'm not sure what I could be missing, it just seems to be looking at the To field regardless of the change on incoming settings.
Any help is appreciated!
