Caller hears own Voice

    Hi, We have installed and configured the free versio of the 3CX system and are goping through some tests before we decide to but a commercial edition. all works well however the external callers receive feedback on their line. Basically the caller hears an echo of whatever they have said in conversation. Does anyone know whow to rectify this issue.

    any help greatly appreciated.

    Please more information about your ip phones, pstn lines, voip lines and LAN

    This can be caused by a number of situations:
    IP phone being used
    SIP provider
    quality of the broadband line (google voip test)
    QoS and other traffic on the network.
    types of interfaces being used i.e. wired/wireless/powerline
