Caller ID Call Queue

    Hi there,

    I have a Yealink T46G phone and using 3CX 14.

    Since the upgrade to 14, all incoming calls now have {QueueName}:{CallerID} on my display.

    How do I get rid of it stating the queue name and just the Caller ID info?

    As I recall it is under Settings / General / Global options

    The is correct for all version up to V14 SP1.

    In V14 SP2, you can find the exact same option under Settings -> Company Phonebook -> "Phonebook Options" button.

    I found it under Troubleshooting > Parameters

    The parameter you need to change is "AppendCIDQueue" and set the value to '0'. It is set to 1 by default
