caller ID comes up as Unknown

    ok so last week my phone system would forward the caller ID of the incomming call when it forwards to my cell phone.

    Now all calls when it forwards comes up unknown.

    Using Nex Vortex as my SIP trunk. (aka 888 Voip)

    If you look on the 3CX logs, do you see the phone number (caller ID) on the incoming leg of the call?
    If you do, then I would suspect something has changed either a setting in 3CX (did anyone make any changes?), or with your outbound provider.
