I have a 3CX Setup with a VoIP Provider and a Trunk.

The VoIP Provider registers my PSTN number, and passes the call over to the SIP Trunk to a SIP Endpoint. I have 3 extensions I am passing in 'In Bound Routes'. and the call works great, but my SIP Endpoint seems to think the number is the Trunk AuthID, and not the callernumber.

Here is the log from my SIP Endpoint:

The 7012 is the extension I am dialing from. 7011 is the number I am dialing, Display/Remote ID/Calling Party ID all show 7099. I would like it to show 7012.

I have played with Outbound Parameters to no avail.

Any ideas?

Bumping this for more visibility.
Any ideas?

What type of equipment is the "SIP endpoint"

It's a Media Server that the company I work for created, but it could be X-Lite or any other SIP endpoint and I still have the same callerid problem. These logs show alot more then 3CX logs do, so Ithought I'd paste them in. I can paste in the 3CX logs if you want.

Any ideas?

Are you using caller ID in North America? Is your VoIP provider passing you only a four digit incoming number?

Yes, this is North America. My VoIP Provider is my own Asterisk box in a datacenter, so yes its only 4 digit caller id.

Could you post the 3CX system log showing the incoming and outgoing call info.
