Hi. Last week we updated the 3CX v11 to v15.5 SP3 and now we receive incorrect Caller ID from Avaya trunk. In 3CX v11 all works correctly.
3CX connects to Avaya by bridge. If we use bridge prefix "3", we receive one digit "3" as caller ID from each Avaya user. If we put it blank - receive "unknown".
The SIP header from Avaya in attachement. 388 - number internal user from Avaya that should be used as caller ID.
Can you help me with correct parameters in 15.5 version to obtain caller ID?

The problem was solved by using SIP trunk without registration and DID routing from Avaya trunk
