Caller ID in Call Assistant?

    For an incoming external call, Call Assistant pops up the extension number assigned in 3CX to the VOIP Account. However, the phone displays the correct Caller ID. Can Call Assistant be set to show Caller ID for external incoming calls?

    Is it the extension or is it the line ID.

    I have the same problem, but it shows the line id. After hanging up the phone it shows the correct CLID, this issue is raised with 3CX and they will fix it. Now I am not sure if your problem is the same as mine because I see the Line ID not the Extension.

    It's actually the line ID (10001 in my case) - apologies for using the wrong term. It's sounds like the same problem.

    Good, glad it is the same problem.

    The guys are aware of it and will fiix it soon I believe. :).

    Correct, It's being taken care of and should be resolved in our next release. :)
