Caller ID in history is missing after picking up from shared park

    I have used 3CX more then a year. But this thing really confuse me. I pick up the phone from share park each desk phone and 3cx webclient will show the number with caller ID. Later when I hung up the phone I want to check the number of that phone but the caller ID will remain SP0 not the original caller ID. Is there any solution?

    Hello @brisingr

    Please note that this is the default behaviour of the PBX and cannot be changed. What you are seeing in the call log is the outgoing attempt of the phone to reach the Shared parking extension. The phone sends an Invite to the PBX to retrieve the call that is why only the outbound call is visible in the phones call log.
