I thought the caller ID name was supposed to be matched to the company phonebook, and show in the V10 myphone. I have not been able to get this to work. My Caller ID name is not showing in my phone (although it does show up on my cisco spa phone)

    I have:
    1) I have callerid and phonebook matching checked in the admin portal, and configured to min lenght of 6 digits.
    1) I entered my cell phone number into the company addressbook.
    2) I have myphone version 10 w/ desktop components version 10.0.19547.1805 installed
    3) I call from my cell phone, and the name shows up on my phone as its typed into the company phonebook, but it doesnt show on myphone

I am running my phone on 2 windows 7 (1 32 bit, 1 64 bit machines), all firewalls turned off, and UAC turned off. Also the user is a local admin, and domain Admin.

Is there anything else I need to do?

    Thanks,
    Jonathan

    Hi

3cx MyPhone Caller ID by Name matching is not yet available, 3CX will release this soon via service pack update.

OK, thanks VERY MUCH for the clarification. I had posted several places with no response. Good to know, so I dont waste anymore time trying to make it work.

    Thanks,

    Jonathan
