Caller ID is not appended to Ring Group name

    I have an issue where the caller ID is not correctly appended to the Ring Group name when an external call is received.
    The Caller ID appears to be arriving from the VoIp Provider SIP trunk OK, as MyPhone looks up the callers number in outlook OK, and the MyPhone call log shows the caller ID in the log.

    Voip Provider: VoIP-Unlimited
    3CX version 11, SP4 (was the same in SP3)

    Ring group is called: MT
    So when an inbound external call arrives all that is displayed on a Snom 870 is:

    On Yealink T26P it displays
    MT: (large letters)
    <Caller ID> (below in smaller letters)
    But in the Call history on the phone all that is logged is MT:

    As an example it should display as:
    MT: 01752123456

    As a test I can also route the inbound call directly to the extension and the CallerID displays correctly - So I assume that means that the CallerID is being sent correctly by VoIP Unlimited.

    IN Global Options I have the Check box set as follows:
    Add Queue, Group and DID names to caller ID = Yes (Checked)
    (Note: If this is unchecked then the Caller ID is correctly displayed, without the Group name.)

    Append/Prepend name to Caller ID = Append

    The SNOM 870 shows the following in the Trace 01752 426123 (made up number of caller ID):
    SIP/2.0 100 Trying
    Via: SIP/2.0/UDP;branch=z9hG4bK-d8754z-575d351bf7098259-1---d8754z-;rport=5060
    From: "MT:" <sip:01752426123@;nf=e>;tag=e37d8f14
    To: "John " <sip:100@>;tag=klgxsg0bu2

    Any ideas on why this is failing to display correctly?
