Caller ID lost on group pickup - Yealink T21

    I saw this posted on the Yealink forum and wanted to check here to see if anyone knows if this has been resolved? We're considering deploying a 3CX phone system, but trying to keep complaints down to a minimum. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi there,

    We have a number of T21 handsets working with 3CX Version 12. When we perform a Group Pickup, the display displays the Group Pickup code, not the number.

    We have enabled both Supports Re-invite and Support 'Replaces' header and upgraded the firmware to but no caller ID after Group Pickup. Since changes these settings, we can see the number post transfer, but not via Group Pickup.

    Had the same issue and this fixed it:

    Change the advanced setting (Custom Parameters) ALLOWNOSDPIFBOUNDTOMS from 0 to 1. Apparently it adds a slight load to the media server overall but it definitely fixes the issue.
