Caller ID not picking up the name from BroadVoice.

    Incomming calls don't appear to be picking up the caller ID name from calls comming in via BroadVoice. The phone number shows up but not the name. The following is the response from BroadVoice on this issue:

    Is there a setting in 3CX that I need to be looking at in order to enable the caller ID so it will show the name in addition to the number?

    The existing version 3CX Phone System Version3.0.2328.0 unable to select the the alias (Acme Llc) at 'From' field.
    We must wait form 3CX next or next next version with implemented "alias at 'From' field" at Caller-ID is in 'user' part.

    OR The SIP phone support display caller name form phone book instead of phone number.
