    Hi All

New to 3CX, old hand at softbx's and telephony. Looking at using 3CX in our business.

Having a small issue with calling ID prefixing where a call is getting mutiple prefixes added as they pass through ring groups and queues.

For example, a call comes into a ring group 800 called Support. The display on 3cxphone and ip phones says Support:12345678 (number is the calling parties CID). After 10 secs of ringing the ring group is set to go to call queue 801 alled Support Q. Calls coming into this queue have the ring group appended, so we see Support Q:Support:12345678

Turning off appending of caller id with group/queue names is not an option as we need thi s to identify the way to answer the call as we are a managed services provider who need to answer in the clients name for many of our clients.

Any tips on how to get this to work correctly?

And a second thing I have noticed on call queues is that when its set to offer a callback after X seconds, it actually doesnt offer it says that they have requested a callback. I would expect the callback option to ask if they want to doa callback (ie press 2) at an interval and not automatically process one... thats why it says offer callback and not perform callback?
