Caller-id "unknown" on Internetcalls.com

    Hi -
    Can anyone help here. I can send calls via the internetcalls.com voip provider setup but caller-id does not appear. I have specified "outbound caller id" everywhere I can find it but still get no caller id.

    For the VOIP Provider I have specified the phone number for:
    External Number
    Port identification
    Outbound Caller ID

    The system log is attached.

    I do not see anything in the log that shows outbound caller id.

    If you have set it everywhere, then you need to contact the provider. Some providers allow you to pass CID from the PBX, others set it based on your contact information or what you tell them.
