Caller ID when transferring

    Using 3CX PS v11

    When blind transferring (either from the myphone application, or from a Cisco SPA504G phone) the system uses the caller ID set in the voip provider settings. I'd like the call to have the caller ID of either the extension doing the transfer, or the caller ID of the party being transferred.

    What have I missed or is this not possible?

    Hello,
    the problem is this feature not supported at most providers
    there was a provider called Gizmo was support it
    but it bought from google and closed
