Caller ID with Dynamics 365 integration

    Hello 3cx team -

    We recently implemented the 3cx software in our office and have been very pleased with quality and ease of use. We use a CRM called Salentica which is an overlay to Dynamics 365 and have had success being able to use the integration to call out from Dynamics, and also allow for 3cx to pull up a contact in Dynamics when receiving an incoming call.

    We would like to know how to have the caller id for incoming calls show on our phone screens, rather than pull up in the Dynamics site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello @Jonathan Vargo,

    That functionality is not available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM so far. Only the server side integration has that feature, but this particular CRM so far only has the client side plug-in...

    Thank you for the quick reply. Is there any work around, or additional software that will allow for this functionality? Or is there any planned updates to allow for this?

    We will probably add server side integration for Dynamics as well in the future.
