caller name not displayed for inbound external calls

    Recently we have set up the 3cx v 15 version PBX system. Every this was working fine. But we are unable to get displayed the caller name when we get the call from external (Apart from our extensions) to our extensions.

    If the name is your company phonebook you can change the options from the contacts tab in the management console.
    If not and your provider sends a caller ID then you need to know in which SIP field this information is sent so you can adjust your inbound parameters accordingly in the trunk settings

    Was this working previously? Did you check the 3CX Activity log to see if the name is being sent? What type of trunking are you using?
