CallerID and CRM integration

    I'm planning on some integration between 3cx and crm/erp system. Does anybody know if the following is possible?
    - incoming call
    - CallerID is recognized, (fe 0123456789)
    - Extension picks up phone (fe 111)

    Now, i want the crm to be told (maybe a text file, maybe via callassitant?, doesn't really matter) (erp poll scriptcan be written as well) this call is active. CRM opens up customer information belonging to 0123456789, if available, at the pc belonging to extension 111.

    Additionally. What if extension 111 transfers the call to extension 115 after a minute, is it possible to do the same trick on extension 115's pc?

    Hope someone can help me out.

    Don´t know how but a good idea.

    possible we can get a status the same way we engage a call via a xml call.

    the call will be established by:

    perhaps we can get a status this way:

    and it gives back the Caller number that is on the inboundline or possibe if it is a internal call the ext that have called us.

    i think this is possible and a way to communicate with 3cx.

    we will integrate the make_call into our adress lists to give users the possibility to dial from webbased phonebook if they own a 3cx bpx.
