CallerID for call forwarding

    When an extension is available, the caller ID can be shown. When it's unavailable, the call is forwarding to the cell phone, but the caller ID can not be shown. Only the VOIP Provider number can be seen. How can I configure to fix this problem? Thanks.

    The caller ID will not be passed when a call is forwarded, the only way to see this information is to use the 3cx softphone.
