Callers Dialing Extensions

    Hi there, I was just wondering If a caller calls to the digital receptionist and how can I let the caller to enter a extension so that it could divert the call to that extension. The question might be stupid but I really couldnt find any option like that. I would really be greatful if you could give me an example of setting up a forwarding like this. Thanks.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your post. In fact this feature is poorly documented. Right now this option should be available, i.e once the digital receptionist plays the message you should be able to enter an extension number and it will connect to the extension straight away...
