Hi there, I was just wondering If a caller calls to the digital receptionist and how can I let the caller to enter a extension so that it could divert the call to that extension. The question might be stupid but I really couldnt find any option like that. I would really be greatful if you could give me an example of setting up a forwarding like this. Thanks.
