Just started this installation and when I call it rings several times and then I get a busy signal. HELP???

Issue seems to be solved - it was a setting at nexvortex that needed to be configured differently.
 
Interesting... I haven't had any issues with my Nex line...
Can you tell me what they did incase I ever run into this?
