Calling local extension

    Hi,


    I am trying call to an extension in our local phone system, but it always connectes to the main line instead of extension. Can anybody help me.


    as in the below logs I tried to call to extension 333 (not pbx extension) but instead it called the main line.

    So you have 2 phone systems and you want to make them talk to each other? What does the "non-PBX" system consist of?

    Is this only happening when you're using the 3CX VoIP Client? I ask it because you've posted this topic on the 3CX Softphone category... just would like to determine if it's related to the client or the server.
