Hello.
We are having this annoying problem at my office, that when people are entering digits to make a call, they are aborted when an incomming queue call is comming.
Another problem is that, we cant transfer a call to an extension when a queue call is ringing.
I hope you understand, and that someone has a suggestion how we can avoid this.
I am thinking, that maybe we can priority the outgoing call before incomming?
And maybe internal calls before queue calls?
