Our main switchboard number goes to a CallQueue with 2 individual extension members for example 5000 and 5001. The member's office hours are set from 09:00 - 17:00. However I want to achieve the following: Between (08:30 - 09:00) AND (17:00 - 18:00) - I would like the CallQueue to divert calls to a Ring Group. What's the best way to achieve this? Another question - if I define forwarding rules on 5000 and 5001, do these rules get executed during the CallQueue process?
