Calls are blocked on cal call queues on V7

    HI,

    since i am using V7 i am experiencing a strange behave of call queues.
    Calls are normally stored on queues, but phones never ring. This can be for several minnutes, and suddenly they ring.
    It' can work correctly for hours, and then calls are stored on queues again, and phones never ring. and so on....

    i juste can't find what can be the reason if this.

    3CX V7 is installed on Windows 2K8 with the lastest patches and correctives add ons and .Net Framework.

    By the way, the new GUY is very very very slow to respond when clicking on options ! as the click was not considered, but this is a more cosmetic point.

    Any idea for the call queues issue ???
