Calls are no longer being logged

    [3CX v10 on Windows Server]

    I was checking my call logs via the myPhone portal to find a missed call and I saw nothing has been logged for a year.

    I don't see any settings in the admin console nor the portal to restrict logging, delete old logs, or prevent calls from being logged.

    Any ideas?
