Calls are not being forwarded onto voicemail

    Greetings,
    I'm totally new to 3CX.
    I have set up a workgroup 3 CX system, added a few extentions and a SIP provider.
    Everything seem to be working fine, with an exception of the voicemail.
    I have set up forwarding rules for my ext 100 to forward onto the voicemail for destination 100 in case of line being busy ar unanswered.
    As I'm trying to call this line, the voice mail never picks up. If I answer the call, everything works, as expected.
    Please, help!

    Have you enabled voicemail for the extension?
