Calls denied on WiFi phone

    We have a new 3cx V8 install, I have 3cx SoftPhones working on a number of pc's both inside and outside the firewall.

    Next Step is to configure a WiFi phone that one of our staff will use (It's a Doro ip700wifi), I have configured the WLAN in both the office (WiFi Access point is inside Firewall) and also for WLAN at home.
    Phone registers and I can receive calls on it, but whenever I try and make a call it is denied (see log below).

    I can get the 3CX SoftPhone working on a laptop using WiFi on same networks, so I can see that its a port config.

    Any ideas?

    If the phone is set up to work ONLY within your LAN then you shouldn't see something like this...108@pbx.hotec.co.uk

    Was the WiFi phone originally set up to work from an outside LAN, do you have STUN enabled on it? You shouldn't if you are using it from within the LAN. All the settings in the phone should consist of internal IPs only.

    The WiFi phones that I've used have allowed me to set up multiple network profiles so I can have one set of parameters for use within the office/ local LAN and one set to use when travelling.

    The phone has been setup to work both inside and outside the local network. We have configured all our devices to use pbx.hotec.co.uk, the internal DNS points to a local IP the external DNS points to our external address. This was suggested by Kerry Garrison on this forum and is working well on all devices.

    I'll check the STUN settings.

    Try using an IP address in place of the DNS in the phone, just for testing, see if it makes a difference.
