Calls dialled from extension have poor quality

    I have an odd problem with my 3cx system, I am using Linksys SPA941 with v9 SP4 of 3CX.

    Each of the SPA941's has a key registered for the users extension (Ext1) and the other three keys to the extension numbers which dial out from a specific number.

    I have found that if the user does not select a line key on their phone to dial out the call breaks up, if they use any of the other line keys the call quality is fine.

    The outbound number used is the same eitherway.

    Is this happening on just one set, or on a number of sets? If just one set, can you replicate the issue with a different phone, same settings as the one having the problem?
