Calls Disconnecting

    I hope someone can help me with this.

    I am using a Patton 4114 gateway with the latest software and obviously 3CX (latest version). The system work fine. I can receive calls and dial numbers etc. However there is a problem I am having. Often calls are disconnected as soon as it should start ringing or when reaching an IVR system on the other end the line will disconnect. If we untick all the disconnect signals then it seems to happen less but then the call does not disconnect for a while after put the phone down.

    Are you asking because you are having a similar issue?
