Calls drop when answered with a headset

    Hi,

    One of my users has noticed when she answers an incoming call using her headset, the call will drop after exactly 5 seconds. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to why this may be happening?

    Other users use the same headsets and it doesn't happen.

    What type of headset? Make/model, USB, mic/headphones connector?

    Given that one user is having an issue, and no others are,( I assume they all use the same type of headset), then I would suspect a driver issue, on that one machine.

    Have you tried swapping out the headset with one that has been working on another machine?

    I also assume that this is using the 3CX phone? Which version are you using?
