I am running the latest version of the 3CX software on a Windows 2008 Server. I am experiencing dropped calls immediately after the caller dials the number. Number dialed->Connect->Immediately Dropped The phone does not ring nor connect. This is an intermittent problem, and only seems to appear when using the GSM network. Landlines usually connect ok. This is a major problem as we will loose a great deal of calls if the caller gives up on the first attempt. I get these errors in the activity log; 01/19/2017 5:29:29 PM - [CM101008]: The '' feature is disabled in currently activated licenseBLF 01/19/2017 5:29:26 PM - Discarded message, because of blocked User-Agent: BadUA Recv Req INVITE from 188.8.131.52:5084 tid=-c1d7b39c1412e222f8e8dbcfd512044e Call-ID=c1d7b39c1412e222f8e8dbcfd512044e: INVITE sip:email@example.com:5060 SIP/2.0 Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 184.108.40.206:5084;branch=z9hG4bK-c1d7b39c1412e222f8e8dbcfd512044e;rport=5084 Max-Forwards: 70 Contact: <sip:firstname.lastname@example.org:5084> To: 000971592942836<sip:email@example.com:5060> From: 22<sip:firstname.lastname@example.org:5060>;tag=c8f60cec Call-ID: c1d7b39c1412e222f8e8dbcfd512044e CSeq: 1 INVITE Allow: INVITE, ACK, CANCEL, BYE Content-Type: application/sdp User-Agent: sipcli/v1.8 Content-Length: 286 v=0 o=sipcli-Session 392352594 1786814146 IN IP4 220.127.116.11 s=sipcli c=IN IP4 18.104.22.168 t=0 0 m=audio 5085 RTP/AVP 18 0 8 101 a=fmtp:101 0-15 a=rtpmap:18 G729/8000 a=rtpmap:0 PCMU/8000 a=rtpmap:8 PCMA/8000 a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000 a=ptime:20 a=sendrecv Could the ''feature is disabled in currently activated licenseBLF" error contribute to this problem.
