All incoming calls are being dropped after 32 seconds. It seems that when calling out there is not an issue. This is what our SIP provider told us is occurring- "In reviewing the SIP traces of both your inbound and outbound calls I'm seeing an internal private IP address of 10.5.3.180 in the contact header on 200OK's back from you on inbound calls and in your initial Invite sent to us for outbound calls." Can this be changed in 3CX somewhere? Or would it be in our Firewall (not sure where to even do this) Thanks for any help!
