Calls Dropping to Australia after 7-10 seconds

    We are using Faktortel as our SIP provider for calls to AU and have an issue with calls dropping after 7-10 seconds.
    We have cloud based server and I have captured packets using wireshark which shows the BYE coming from the PBX, currently the only way to fix this is by restarting the phonesystem 01 SIP server service via the console 3-4 times a day.
