Calls ended always 30 seconds

    Hi,
    external to external calls ended always 30 seconds.
    there aren't this problem previous version.

    More info required mate.

    Type of ATA
    Type of Connection eg ISDN, ADSL etc.
    Phones used

    Disconnect after 30 seconds, is either SIP registration or/and NAT.

    In the first instance try to enable stun server.

    zyxel, Billion ata, router.
    ADSL internet
    no problem sip registration
    its good works last week but there are this problem 2-3 days.
    no any change.
    I uninstall and reinstall 3cx but same problem
    I install another pc and network but same problem.
    there are same problem external to voip line calls.
    its a few hours good works when I was restart server.

    With this information its difficult to help. You have not detailed what equipment you are doing to cause this error and exactly what type of phones you are using. You meantion ATA, Billion, zyxel but what are they.

    Youll need to detail these, including provider in use, exact sequence (i.e extension to provider) Always same extension or different ones.

    Zyxel ata -extension number 204 :
    Advanced options:
    Extension is external :checked
    Bind to Media Server :unchecked
    Supports Re-Invite :checked
    Supports 'Replaces' header :checked

    Billion ata -extension number 202 :
    Advanced options:
    Extension is external :checked
    Bind to Media Server :unchecked
    Supports Re-Invite :checked
    Supports 'Replaces' header :checked

    EyeBeam Softphone -extension number 201 :
    Advanced options:
    Extension is external :checked
    Bind to Media Server :unchecked
    Supports Re-Invite :checked
    Supports 'Replaces' header :checked

    All external extension on separate adsl internet.

    Voip provider :Betemax (lowratevoip.com)
    Advanced options:

    try setting bind to media server

    and make sure all equiptment is set to use codec g 711a or g711u for receive and transmit.

    when negotiating codec type if 3cx doesnt see either of these codecs for the receive or tranmit iv'e seen it drop the call after about 20-30 seconds.

    also check your netork settings if your bewind i firewall make sure all your ports for 3cx are opend and i your behind a nat make sure all the proper ports are redirected to the proper ip.

    if it worked before and absolutely not i single thing changed i would reboot the 3cx server, the ata, and all other hardware and software your useing.

    alse if your pc has a pc firewall running(turned on) try to turn it off.

    Please, try to bind all extensions and provider to media server. If this doesn't help - than, please, provide our support with logs and settings.
