Calls from 1 of 3 CXPhone for Windows doesn't work

    Hello,

    I spend a lot of time to understand what's wrong, but nothing!
    I installed the 3CXPhoneSystem v9 and the 3CXPhone for Windows on 3 clients workstations XP Professionnal.
    The first was ok I can call, the second, when I call a number, it stay in Dialing process, I never have the ringing process, but in the admin panel of the phoneSystem the 3 phones are very well logged, installed. The last is working fine too.
    I save a detailled log of a call from the 3 stations (10,11,12)
    The 11 is not working fine.
    In the first test, I noted a difference in the first lines of log:

    WITH THE 3CXPhone 11:

    Is Cindys phone (Ext 12) located on the same PC running 3CX, I don't see a unique IP for her set? Cindy is sending %231003281830000, which goes out ONLY on Voipbuster. Francois sends 003281220506, which has three routes to choose from, then choosing Voipbuster. Why the difference? Are there different outbound rules that would cause this? Does dialling exactly the same number from Francois's set show an identical routing when compared to Cindy's?

    Have you tried deleting and re-instaling on the PC that is failing? Are they all using the same operating system?

    Yes, 3cxphone Cindy is installed on the same PC than the system 3CX because my wife is coming at work not more than 2 day a week, so I didn't plane to buy a PC for her.
    I make some rules for outgoing number and when I want to use exclusively voipbuster, I start the number with #1. This code is transformed in %231 because I tried to call directly the number 0032818302000 and I didn't have the code.

    I tried the same number on Cindy that doesn't work on François, It was working, of course and here is the first lines (I attache a text file with all the debug).

    I tried several times to install and remove, without and with antivirus, executing on the profil with rights or not, that's each times the same thing on PC Francois, dialing and not more.

    Server : XP pro SP3
    Francois : XP pro SP3
    Cindy : XP pro SP2

    Hey,
    I found the solution, but I don't have the reason why the PC 11 was not working:

    I created another extension, it propose me 13, I changed just the password and I valided. After I changed the number of connection on PC Francois and all is working fine! Very Strange.
    If someone find the reason, I should be very curious to know the result.

    I found the origine of the problem : the accent of François with our French firstnames!!
    How can you imagine that you can't use accent in the fields Firstname and Lastname ?

    This is important to clarify, thanks for spotting it. I've tried to reproduce this issue and, by changing as François first and last names in PBX extensions page, phone still work OK. Are you sure you didn't used french characters in authentication data (user /id / pass)?

    No, I have just an accent in the Firstname, email was fine and for the ID, I let the number of the extension, a numeric password, sorry.
    In reality, when I created the new extension 13, I didn't enter nothing else that number of extension, ID (like extension) and the password (numeric).
    I come back to the extension 11, I deleted the extension 13 after changing firstname.
