Calls from 3CX clients being dropped

    Going to get a Wireshark log, not even seeing the call attempts in the log.

    Hello @mobycom

    Please give us some more details regarding the issue. What version is the client you are using and what is the PBX version? Is the client connected locally or remotely? Is the call being dropped immediately? Do you get an error on the client?
    Are there any audio devices connected to the machine? If you re-register the client does the call work?

    OK, we had to fall back to a 4G mobile connection yesterday and this is when we noticed the problem. Client is working again ok on our standard internet connection.

    Ok the mobile connection (tried 2 different providers) comes up dialing, than after 30sec called failed, timeout.

    Running 15.5.715.6, latest android/ios and desktop clients.
