Calls getting Stuck on Active calls unabel to drop

    Good afternoon
    I work with a company that is using 3cx as the phone system. We have a call center with 9 employees each with 2 lines for employee. We are running both a Physical phone Yealink t46G's and the softphone. The reason behind this is so that we can see the queues. For a while now calls have been getting Stuck on the active calls and it Unable the lines from getting further incoming calls. These calls are impossible to drop even from the 3cx phone system. The only way to free those lines is to restart the phone system.

    Can anyone help
