Calls go directory to voice mail

    When I call my system the calls go directly to voice mail after the first ring. If I reboot the host computer then I can call my system and it operates as expected. Eventually for some reason it goes back to the direct to voice mail behavior after a few days. Can anyone explain what is happening here?

    Have a look at the 3CX Activity log. It will show you why the call routes to VM. It may be that the destination is not showing as registered, which means investigating why that is.
