We purchased a 3rd-party add-on to dispatch voicemails to our after-hours on-call folks and it works very slick. The one downfall so far is that the outbound call made by the software shows up as an unknown caller by the recipient. We only have a single SIP trunk which does have our caller ID specified so I'm not sure why this is happening. I checked with the developer who stated that it uses the 3CX Call Control API which does not dictate the caller id and that the trunk should be what dictates that. Has anybody run into this? We're using 3CX v12.5 Standard, the third-party app is VOIPToys On Call Manager Standard. Thanks!
