Calls not dropped

    Hello,
    this is another issue we are having.
    for whatever call we make to the 3CX, if it goes to any attendant or voice mail.
    if the caller just hang up, the 3CX will not release the line.
    in the line status i still see the line as connected and i need to manually disconnect it from my VoIP gateway.

    is that a problem with the 3CX or the Gateway ???

    its a problem with the gateway. gateway is not detecting the disconnect tome properly. once it will detect the disconnect tone properly it will disconnect the line automatically and will give you idle status of line in 3cx interface.....
