Calls not getting through

    I'm new to 3CX. I have a registered trunk and extension. I'm using a Polycom 501 phone but the codecs are not listing in the provisioning tab. I played around with the dialing rules but it is not working. I'm using Flowroute for the trunk.
    Any detailed suggestions are appreciated.
