Calls on hold drop after a few minutes

    I am having an issue with calls dropping after a few minutes in hold.

    The setup is 3CX v6.1.1793 with a Grandstream GXW-4104 Gateway and Linksys SPA-922 phones.

    Any ideas of how I can resolve this issue?

    Hi

    To be able to address such a situation one would need to review the SIP signalling and the reason for the BYE signal, and which device triggered this. If the issue is reproducible on demand have a look at the Wireshark 'graph' and see which IP sent the BYE.
