We have two customers with the same setup (3cx v 9 and the same VoIP provider) Calls to their main number are set to a queue with x number of extensions. In company A this works just fine but for company B all calls are disconnected as soon as the queue "answers" the call. The only thing I can find in the log is "No RTP packets transmitted". There is one difference I can think of: A has a static IP address whilst B has a dynamic IP and use STUN. If I use a ring group in B it works but if there is no answer then the call must go to another queue and then it will fail again, same as when I set it to "answer first".
