Calls to South Africa

    Hello,

    We are currently routing our SA calls through T4COM in the UK.

    We are seeing intermittent issues with calls dropping and bad audio.

    We seem to be having more issues with mobiles than landlines.

    Hello @Andy Veal

    In order to troubleshoot this you need to capture such a call with a packet capture tool like wireshark and see which side is terminating the call and/or which side sends the bad audio.
    If you want, sent me a PM with such a capture in order to further investigate.
